Q. Where are your cars come from?
A: We get our inventory from multiple sources including Fleet Companies, Insurance, Banks, and Auto Auctions. We do have titles in hand without any Liens.
Q. Do I have to Register on DamagedFleet.com to buy cars?
A: No. Cars are for sale to public. You are welcome to contact us by phone or email and of our sales professionals will be able to help you. Walk-ins are welcomed as well.
Q. Do we need special license to buy cars from DamagedFleet.com?
A: No. Our offers are open to public, export, repair facility, and resellers.
Q. Is this an Auction Site?
A: No. Prices are listed for each vehicle that we sell. You are welcome to submit reasonable offers for consideration.
Q. Can we come and inspect cars before we buy?
A: Yes! You are welcome to come by and see all cars that are on our lot. Please do call in advance to setup time for us to show it to you.
Q. Can cars with Salvage Titles be registered?
A: Yes. Most of the states will require State Inspection before Rebuilt/Reconstructed Title is issued.
Q. Is deposit required to hold vehicle?
A: Yes. We require $500 non-refundable deposit to hold vehicle for longer than 48 hours. If you are out of state and want to come to see specific car - we can put it on hold for a day or so.
Q. Do you offer repairs on your vehicles?
A: Yes, we do have repair facility and can quote repair price on the vehicle you might be interested in. Our repair specialists have many years of experience. High Quality work is a must, as most of the vehicles being repaired are newer and require to be in like-new condition after repairs.
Q. How long can you hold a car for?
A: $500 deposit will hold vehicle for up to 5 business days. Remaining balance is due in full within specified time. Vehicle must be picked up within 2 weeks time from the date of purchase. If longer time is required, contact us with request to extend storage time.
Q. Can we Finance Salvage Car?
A: We do not have in-house financing. Many Credit Unions (OnPont CU is one) offer financing on Salvage/Rebuilt/Reconstructed Title vehicles. Check with your local CU.
Q. Can we trade our vehicle?
A: We do trade, but we will have to see your vehicle in person before offer is made. In most cases, you would be better off selling vehicle your self - as you will get more than we will offer for it. We are in business to save people money, not rip any one off!
Q. Can we import vehicle into Canada?
A: Yes, we sell many cars to our Canadian friends. It is very simple process, and Salvaged Titles are not a problem. Contact us and we'll help with the process.
Q. Can you help with Import Process (into Canada)?

Q. Do you ship cars Overseas?
A: Yes. We have sold cars to many countries. We do have representatives in Canada, Germany, and Poland. We can arrange transportation to port, complete export/customs process, and ship vehicle to final destination.
